Walking along a beach path through the dunes at Island Beach State Park in New Jersey you will see quiet patches of sugar sand and multi colored hardy beach plants. This simple painting is one of my favorites..Green is a tough color to paint for me and many other artists I know and somehow I managed to pull off a good representation of the dune environment. I hope the folks who bought this painting enjoy it as much as I enjoyed painting it.
