Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

fire fighters in New Jersey ..ID# NJ 428..I live not far from a small community Volunteer Fire House here in western New Jersey.. I hear the whistle blow summoning the volunteers and then the siren screams as they are off on another mission.. several years ago the crew was called to fight a forest fire in a nearby town and after a few days some really interesting photos popped up on social media.. I was struck by the colors and composition they showed and determined that a painting should be made. A print of the painting now hangs in the fire house and the original was sold sorta to the young man in the picture...and yes New Jersey has some beautiful forests all across the state.. Get off the NJ Turnpike and take a look.
I'm Ken Ahlering and I paint realistic Images of America in oil..Mostly self-taught, I have been painting for over 60 years..Early on I became interested in fine art, always attracted to realistic drawings and oil paintings. I have never seemed to figure out what the "new" fads were all about, but respected the Old Masters, with their long tradition of knowledge, skills and effort. Their beautiful use of color, composition and light were what I wanted to emulate.
